I started working with Leigh when my career was hitting a stumbling block. She was instrumental in organizing my skills and capabilities to help me define several areas and avenues where my career path could lead. I would highly recommend Leigh to, if anything, give you an unbiased self-assessment in defining your strengths and areas of opportunities. You will find her advice and counsel on leadership to be of benefit as well.

I was skeptical and not certain this thing called coaching would work. Has my opinion changed! Count me in on those who now understand the power of the coaching process. — Senior legal counsel, technology company

You’re awesome. I thought the conflict with my colleague was insurmountable. You’ve helped both of us learn that it’s not a competition or a fight; we’re on the same side and can collaborate. — Regional director, non-profit agency

Looking on the web for a coach, I saw the names of coaches who had M.S.W. after their names. I didn’t need a therapist; I wanted someone with business expertise. — Lawyer, high-tech company

Leigh, I am learning new things from you every time we meet. --- Senior health care worker, social service agency

Leigh, I’m excited….I’ve been very depressed for the past few months at work….I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Since we started, every time I get off the phone with you, I’m happy. “I’ve not seen you this happy in such a long time,” a colleague at work told me. You help me feel empowered, focused, and see past the day-to-day to the big picture. Working together, the ‘big picture’ came into focus when you guided me to explore a career change to Security. You not only pointed me to the right resources to explore this field, you reinforced my self-confidence during this transition. You were a tremendous source of courage in an otherwise VERY insecure time. — Security officer, health care management company
